In order to ensure that Community Bible study leaders are committed Seventh-day Adventists, we ask for applicants to provide us with the name and email address of their pastor or of an ordained elder in their local church. We will email them a short questionnaire about you as part of our referencing process.

Note: If you are a retired or employed Seventh-day Adventist church pastor, leave the fields below blank. If you are an ordained elder, please provide us with the name and email address of your pastor.

Leader Code of Conduct Agreement

By checking the boxes in front of each statement, you are agreeing to the outreach community Leader Code of Conduct.

I believe the 28 fundamental beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist church are supported by the teachings of God’s Word.

I will not teach anything contrary to the official doctrines of the Seventh-day Adventist church as stated in the 28 fundamental beliefs .

As a Bible study leader on outreach community, I commit to…

  • Use the Bible or a Bible based curriculum as my main resource and help my group discover and apply the truths of Scripture.
  • Respect the beliefs, views, and convictions of others, even though I may disagree with them.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal information shared by group members.
  • Refrain from using language or illustrations that might be offensive to other members.
  • Create an atmosphere in my group that affirms and encourages group members and helps them grow in their knowledge and love for Jesus Christ.

Outreach Community reserves the right at any time or for any reason to revoke a leaders use of the site. Reasons may include, but are not limited to (1) A leader teaching, sharing, or promoting doctrines that are not in harmony with the official doctrines of the Seventh-day Adventist church. (2) A leader using a video chat room for other reasons than stated in the description of that group on the Join page .
